Mark grew up in the little Cape Ann town of Hamilton and has enjoyed being an Eastern Massachusetts resident all his life. He and his wife raised their two daughters in Belmont after attending Bentley University in Waltham, where he currently resides. His extensive knowledge of the area earned him the nickname “map-man” from his college friends.Mark is a trained, hardworking real estate professional who takes exceptional care of his clients. He has been working in the residential real estate industry for five years and takes great pride in his work. He is passionate about connecting with people, solving problems, and negotiating deals. He's constantly working on his realtor skills, investing time and energy, and obtaining his Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. He is a Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) member and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) member.Before building his real estate career, Mark held leadership roles with major organizations in the Information Governance Industry. His sales profession landed him praise and awards from managers and clients, achieving multiple goals, quotas, and certifications. He is a long-time High School Football Official and an avid golfer.Mark teamed up with his college sweetheart and wife, Paula Viglirolo Carter, to help their clients make the best financial decisions when renting, buying, or selling properties.
